A very unique amp that is dialed into perfection between the topology of a Tweed Bassman, a JTM45 and a VOX AC30, taking the best aspects of each of those (very similar) preamp designs and marying them to a power section that is not overleaded by a too bass heavy signal going into it.
This way the amp retains a lot of tightness, responsiveness and is probably the spankiest amp we've heard so far. It has enough compression and mid complexity for it to be called vintage sounding, but at the same time it can be associated with a modern sound due to the tighntess and response that no other vintage inspired amp seems to be able to match.
It does everything from clean to crunch and in between in a very balanced and musical way, always holding together extremely well and retaining lots of clarity and detail. This is one of those amps that has been dialed into the goldilocks zone in regard to gain, compression, dynamics, tightness and detail.
Brian Gerhard is a living amp builder legend and this amp shows how spectacular he is at the alchemy he has performed here.
The set includes 24 AMP+CAB captures ranging from clean to lead and featuring various EQ settings. Please refer to the full list of Tone Models under the product pictures.
